PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program of study is related to the teaching of all the subjects normally contained in the program. The participant will learn not only the Art and Science of teaching, but also the performing of all of the activities normally accomplished by a Beauty Instructor in the different departments of a beauty school.

OBJECTIVE
To prepare the student to teach the program in an effective manner.

LENGTH OF THE PROGRAM: 600 Clock Hours.

COMPLETION TIME: Completion time normally takes 7 months for part time students.

PREREQUISITE: High School diploma or GED is required, Students who do not have a High School Diploma or GED need to take and pass satisfactorily the Ability to Benefit Test. Refer to Admission Requirements.
